One year ago we were strangers...
On January 12, 2010 a devestating earthquake in Haiti demolished what was already a struggling country. Several weeks following, a team of 129 individuals called "RELIEF," boarded a plane destined for its capital city. On the plane, each volunteer was given an identification number. As the days passed in their tent camp, these numbers transformed into a faces, names, and then friends. And as they worked side by side, deep in the heart of the devestation, these friends became a family. Because of this family we are now The RELIEF Foundation,Inc. We have changed lives and in return our own lives have been changed.
To the friends and volunteers of RELIEF, we are forever grateful for the changes you have made to our lives and it's because of you that our mission continues.
